RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Bows of Herts are confident that you will be happy with your purchase.
 
We only accept returns if your order is faulty, damaged, or you have been sent the wrong order. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss the issue, we will then provide you with a return address.
You will then have a further 14 days to return your items to us in the same condition as it was received. 
 
Where possible, customers are asked to send the item/s back in original packaging.
 
Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage costs incurred on returning item/s, we are happy to refund this when provided with proof of postage cost, so we recommend sending recorded delivery and obtaining a receipt. We cannot be held accountable for items lost in the post. Once we have received your return, checked it over, and are happy that your item/s fall within our terms and conditions, a refund along with postage cost will be happily issued.
 
Bows of Herts cannot be responsible for incorrect spelling or instructions on personalised products, it is up to you as the customer to insert the correct information, however, if shortly after placing your order you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our very best to apply the correct information from you. Unfortunately, if your order has already been, or is in the process of being made, this option is not possible.
 
We regret that we do not support the option for exchanging products. 

If you are paying via PayPal, please ensure your PayPal address is correct before proceeding with payments. As a result of your order being sent to the wrong address we cannot be held responsible and cannot issue a refund for lost orders.
